Jennifer Lackersteen

CEO

Jennifer Lackersteen is the CEO of Zindecah and the product visionary behind D2R (Designed 2 Run). With a strong background in fintech technical writing, enterprise documentation, and leading operational transformations in regulated industries and beyond, Jen specialises in bridging the gap between strategic intent and operational reality. Her experience includes creating clear, structured knowledge systems, transforming layered processes into high-quality user-facing documentation, and driving training and NPS across multinational environments including Australia, UK, Middle East, North Africa, Russia and Turkey.

Jen holds an MBA from Maastricht School of Management (with distinction in her thesis) and is a certified MadCap Flare Advanced Developer (2025). Jen combines this with hands-on expertise in instructional design, stakeholder management, project delivery, and building effective training and documentation programs in dynamic, high-stakes settings.

At Zindecah, Jen focuses on building a lean startup from the ground up — handling everything from product vision and strategy to content creation, thought leadership, stakeholder engagement, and navigating the early challenges of bringing practical technology to market for teams facing everyday complexity.

Passionate about evidence-based improvement and disciplined AI value capture, Jen writes on process execution intelligence, AI metrics, and closing the adoption-value gap.

Kevin Lackersteen

CTO

Kevin Lackersteen is a technology and transformation leader with more than two decades of experience delivering complex enterprise programs across major financial services organisations including Challenger, Commonwealth Bank and Macquarie Bank. Throughout his career he has led large-scale digital transformations, core banking modernisation initiatives and enterprise platform implementations, often coordinating multi‑disciplinary teams across business, technology and vendor partners. Kevin has extensive experience working with senior executives to translate strategic intent into well-governed delivery programs that achieve measurable operational outcomes.

Kevin's background spans the full lifecycle of execution—from understanding business intent and program mobilisation through to delivery governance, operational rollout and continuous improvement. Having led complex initiatives involving major financial platforms, cloud integrations and large asset management systems, Kevin has developed deep expertise in program governance, stakeholder alignment and delivering change in highly regulated environments.

Through this experience Kevin formed a strong belief that organisations perform best when leaders have clear, real‑time visibility into how work flows across teams, processes and systems. This conviction led him to co‑found Zindecah, where he works to help organisations strengthen execution, improve operational clarity and embed continuous improvement directly into the way work gets done.

Kevin also maintains a strong interest in how artificial intelligence is evolving, and actively explores how emerging AI capabilities can enable practical solutions for people and organisations—helping businesses of all sizes operate more effectively today while preparing for the opportunities of tomorrow.
